What we collect
When you send the investor application or write to us, we receive the details you enter (name, organisation, contact details, investor type, ticket range, message) together with the page you sent it from, the time, and technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to prevent abuse.
Why
To answer your enquiry, share investor materials you asked for, and keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in running a fundraising process.
Sharing
Your details are seen by the founding partners and, where needed, by advisers bound by confidentiality. They are delivered through our email and hosting providers acting as processors. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
Retention and rights
We keep enquiries for as long as the fundraising relationship is active and for legal record-keeping afterwards. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to sumerdaou@floatinghydrogenports.com.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no marketing cookies by default. If analytics are enabled they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are read.
